Welcome to!
Wake up World! We need to stop waiting for massacres to happen and start preventing massacres from ever occuring. Allowing a massacre to happen is too late and will not bring the murdered victims back to life! Being prepared for a massacre is better than to prepare for the aftermath of a massacre.

The problem with the world is that learning about mass murderers such as George Hennard, Campo Delgado, Cho Seing-hui, Martin Bryant, Anders Behring Breivik, and James Holmes after the massacre happens is no help toward future massacres from occuring.
